AI Call Handler
AI Call Handler puts an AI on your existing business number. It answers every call 24/7, handles the conversation the way you tell it to, books appointments, captures leads into your CRM, texts callers the info they ask for, and rings a human only when a call actually needs one.
How It Works

- Answers and qualifies. It greets the caller, understands what they need, and follows the rules you set during onboarding: your services, hours, pricing, booking policies, and what counts as an emergency.
- Books the appointment. It checks your calendar availability and schedules directly into it, then sends the caller a text confirmation.
- Captures the lead. New callers are written to your CRM automatically, with the details from the call.
- Sends info by text. Pricing, hours, directions, or a link, whatever the caller asks for, texted during or after the call.
- Transfers when needed. If a call needs a human, it rings you with context on who is calling and why before you pick up.
Every call produces a transcript and a summary of what was said and what action was taken.
We Set It Up For You

During onboarding, your QuickFlo implementation resource configures how the handler talks, what it can do, and when it transfers, then connects it to your calendar, CRM, and messaging. Most setups go live in a few days, on your existing phone number.
