List Sync

List Sync keeps a Five9 dialer list continuously up to date with records from your CRM. When a lead is created, qualified, or updated in your CRM, QuickFlo pushes it to Five9 within seconds — no nightly exports, no manual CSV uploads, no stale lists.

List Sync is a two-layer system:

  1. In your CRM — a lightweight connector watches the records and events you care about. On each change, it POSTs a JSON payload to a QuickFlo workflow.
  2. In QuickFlo — the workflow looks up your mappings (which CRM objects go to which Five9 lists, which CRM fields map to which Five9 fields), transforms the payload, and pushes the result into Five9.

Because the sync runs on event triggers rather than polling, records land in Five9 within seconds of being created or updated in the CRM. Failed deliveries are retried automatically and surfaced in a dead-letter queue so nothing is silently dropped.

Your implementation resource sits down with you on a call and wires the mappings. That’s it — one session, not a six-week SOW.

What gets wired:

  • Which CRM objects land in which Five9 lists (Leads in Campaign X → list Inbound_Q2)
  • Which CRM fields map to which Five9 columns (MobilePhonenumber1, FirstNamefirst_name)
  • When a push fires (new record, status change, filter match)

Mappings live in a QuickFlo data store, not your CRM. Change a field, a list target, a whole campaign — we update the data store and it’s live. No Salesforce redeploy, no package reinstall, no ticket queue.

More CRMs coming soon. If you need a connector for a CRM not listed here, reach out to your QuickFlo implementation resource.
